12Play is an online casino and sportsbook with separate sites for Malaysia and Singapore. Its Malaysian site lists live casino, slots, sports, esports, arcade and fishing games, 4D lottery and three welcome bonuses, as listed on its site in October 2026. This 12Play Malaysia review covers those, and also what 12Play does not publish, such as an operating company name.
About 12Play in Malaysia
12Play runs a site for players in Malaysia with bonuses quoted in ringgit, and separate sites for Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Ugrado has not tested the site, so everything below is what 12Play lists itself.
Legal and Safe: Prioritizing Customer Security
Safety and legality are paramount in the world of online gambling, and 12Play takes this responsibility seriously. With a focus on providing a secure gaming environment, the platform ensures that players can enjoy their favorite games without any concerns.
While 12Play’s customer service is commendable, it’s essential to address concerns about the absence of a visible gambling license on the website. As an industry best practice, displaying licensing information reinforces a casino’s credibility and transparency. For players, this information acts as a reassurance of the casino’s compliance with regulatory standards.
Read the site’s terms and conditions before you deposit, set a budget you can afford to lose, and read our responsible gaming page. Fake casino adverts are common, so see how to spot fake online casino ads before you click any promotion.
12Play welcome bonuses
As listed on its promotion page in October 2026, 12Play offers three welcome bonuses. Each is for new members only, with one claim per account and a minimum deposit of MYR 30. Earlier versions of this page described 2023 lucky draws and Dota 2 tournament promotions. Those events are over, so they have been removed.
100% Welcome Bonus, up to MYR 588
The terms table lists this offer for all games, so it is not a live casino only bonus. A MYR 588 deposit earns the full MYR 588 bonus. Turnover is 25 times deposit plus bonus: on a MYR 1,000 deposit plus a MYR 1,000 bonus, that is MYR 50,000 of bets before you can withdraw.
100% Slots Welcome Bonus, up to MYR 300
This bonus is for slot games. A MYR 300 deposit earns the full MYR 300 bonus. Turnover is 12 times, and the page’s worked example applies it to deposit plus bonus. Several game types, including RNG table games, arcade games and Mega888, do not count toward turnover.
150% Sports & Esports Welcome Bonus, up to MYR 300
This bonus is for sports and esports bets. A MYR 200 deposit earns the full MYR 300 bonus. Turnover is 10 times, and bets at decimal odds below 1.50 do not count.
The turnover rule matters more than the headline percentage. You can work out the real cost of a rollover with our bonus calculator, or browse other casino bonuses. The site also lists reload, cash rebate, rescue, referral and birthday bonuses. Offers change, so check the promotion page before you deposit.
12Play games
The 12Play lobby lists more than 30 game providers across live casino, slots, sports and esports. Provider lists change, so check the site for what is available now.
E-sports
12Play lists esports providers including TF Gaming, Saba Esports and InPlay.
Sports
12Play lists sports providers including Saba Sports and CMD368. See our sports betting guides if you are new to it.
Live Casino
The live casino section lists providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Sexy Baccarat, Playtech, Ezugi, WM Casino, SA Gaming and Dream Gaming. Our live casino guides explain how these tables work.
Slot Games
Listed slot providers include Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Jili, Habanero, Spadegaming, CQ9 Gaming and Red Tiger. The site also lists Mega888 among its providers. Installing apps from outside an official app store carries risks, including malware and stolen account details, so be careful where you download from. See more in our slots guides.
12Play customer support
12Play lists live chat and email as ways to contact its support team. Ugrado has not tested how quickly the team replies. Keep screenshots of your chats and transactions in case of a dispute.
12Play payment methods
As listed on its site in October 2026, 12Play accepts DuitNow, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, EeziePay, Bitcoin and Tether (USDT). Ethereum, Binance and TruePay also appear in the payment section, but the site gives no details about them.
Deposit
The only public figure is the MYR 30 minimum deposit for the welcome and reload promotions, which is a promotion rule and not a cashier limit. Check the cashier after you log in, and make sure the account name on any transfer matches what you expect.
Withdrawal
The public pages do not say which methods can be used to withdraw, or the withdrawal limits. Crypto transfers are very hard to reverse if something goes wrong, so confirm the details before you send anything.
