No. Nothing in the Uwin33 video or on the site shows that Chinese artist Yang Mi agreed to promote it. The promotion video appears to reuse a scene from an older ad for Liu Liu Mei Dark Plum, with edited audio.
What the Uwin33 Yang Mi video shows
Ugrado received a report that the identity of Chinese artist Yang Mi is being used in a promotion video for the online casino site Uwin33. Nothing in the video gives any sign that she is linked to this website. Below are the pieces of evidence, so you can compare them yourself.

The audio and the picture do not match. The voice comes from the original ad footage, but the spoken line has been changed. The original line is 你没事吧, while the Uwin33 version says 今晚上吗.
The original scene comes from a viral ad for Liu Liu Mei Dark Plum, in which Yang Mi is the brand’s official spokesperson.

How to spot a fake celebrity ambassador
A famous face on a banner does not show that a casino is real, or that the star has agreed to it. Before you sign up or deposit, search for the original photo or video, look for an announcement on the celebrity’s own official channels, and be careful when the audio does not match the picture.
